梨子鸡汤

如图材料有梨子两粒、鸡骨或鸡肉、杞子、红枣及蜜枣适量,就这么简单。

将所有材料洗净,将梨子去皮去籽切八块,下几杯水煮滚,再转小火熬出味,用适量盐来调味即可。如图是刚下锅的模样。
大功告成!!!

    My friend use apple for the same method. I have not try both. Tell me how it taste like? Is the pear edible?

  2. the soup tastes good, but frankly speaking, i had cooked the exactly soup with the same ingredients without the pears, and i found the soup tastes almost the same too. haha...the pear will become soft after cooked, and we didn't eat it...it is my first time cooking this soup too
