如图材料有主角羊角豆，配角虾米、红辣椒、蒜。
如图有洗净-去头尾-斜切片的羊角豆、浸软-剁碎的虾米、去籽切细粒的红辣椒及切末的蒜。
步骤就是最经典的炒法，烧热锅，下适量的油，爆香蒜末、红辣椒粒及虾米碎，下羊角豆，略炒，可加少许水，用盐及蚝油来调味，兜炒至羊角豆熟即告大功告成！
