想要快速煮好萱萱的粥,经过我的一番资料收集及研究后,到目前为止,这是我个人发现最快捷方便的方法,在此与大家分享。。。
第一,不论你用什么米来煮都好,先将米一小包一小包地放进冰箱上格雪藏,不用先将米洗过哦,直接放就好。这是我从论坛学来的方法,我本身只是放半天就好。
接下来,将雪藏过的白米拿去用搅拌机搅碎。这是白米的原来样子。。。
搅碎过后,基本上白米已经变成粉末或者很小的颗粒。
不过,白米算是很硬的东西,可想而知用搅拌机搅碎的过程是很尴尬的,因为发出很“巨大”的声音,所以我通常一次性地搅碎好几杯的白米,放进容器再收进冰箱下格,而且还得特别吩咐阿忠带萱萱进房间,关好门回避一下,以免吓着萱萱了。。。夸张一点的是,为了被邻居投诉,我搅碎白米时连家门全都统统关上,谁叫我住在公寓???
不过,辛苦一次的代价是值得的。因为雪藏过又搅碎过的白米真的很容易就被煮成绵绵细细的粥,省下不少功夫及时间!大家不妨试一试!

Nope... at least my blender is still working now. But if your blender is not good enough, the rice powder will leak from the little gap when the rice is fine ground...so make sure you use a good blender to grind the rice...
Hmmm.... Let me try when i FREE :P and let u know whether it works for my blender. hahaha....
Hi, once the rice is blended, do i need to wash it before cook? and normally how long it takes?
hi mummyooi, normally i didn't wash the blended rice prior to cooking. normally it takes about 3~4hours to cook. i wake up at ~4am, put in everything into slow cooker (use hot water instead of cool water to speed up the cooking process) then sleep back. when i re-wake up at 7~8am, the porridge is normally done.
Carmen, thanks for the reply. Erm, as you said in the post that, do not wash the rice before frozen. Even after blended, not need to wash before cooking as well? I thought for normal practice, we do wash rice before cooking, don't you?
hi mummyooi, i understand your confusion as i myself was the same before. my sister-in-law told me that if you wash the rice before blended and get it frozen, it will get spoilt easily. That is the reason why i do not wash it prior to get it blended and frozen. Upon cooking, i do not wash it as the volume of "rice powder" will reduce slightly or greatly depends on how powdery you had blended it into. You can try to wash it and witness what is the outcome yourself. For normal adults rice, we do wash it prior to washing. To be fair and square, of course you can do the same. but i myself think that it doesn't matter not to wash such a small volume of rice... what do you think?
