最近除了杂锦篇，好像找不到一个点子要写些什么。。。
开始产后脱发了，很轻易地头发就掉得一地都是。。。虽然有一点夸张，可是要表达的就是头发真的掉得非常容易，头发越来越小束的感觉，发束会一直滑落，一天得重复绑好多次。。。
Marcus弟弟真的好爱吃手指，尤其是拇指。。。之前为他穿上手套，聪明的他已经知道如何在短短几秒钟内，用左手为右手脱手套，然后就可以享用拇指的飨宴了。。。然后又用右手为左手脱手套，这样就可以摆脱手套的束缚啦！我儿子真的聪明啊！
最近看萱萱有点像日本娃娃。。。
而搞怪的姨姨竟然说Marcus弟弟像一个"humble的Russian"。。。多么奇怪的形容词。。。这么小的一个娃儿，又怎么看得出他humble呢？明明就是华人东方脸孔，又怎么说他像Russian呢?！？
Marcus现在也会高八度叫了，奇怪吧，一个小娃儿也可以有这么大的嗓音。。。
从之前的4/7母乳mama，我要再退步成为随遇而安的母乳mama了，就是可能在这个礼拜内，我不再给保姆母乳喂Marcus弟弟了，因为打算在这个礼拜内开始减肥计划，可能要循序而渐进地减少进食量，然后再跟上次瘦身中心给的餐单进食。。。全跟还是半跟还没有打算，想要瘦得不伤身又瘦得美丽，怎样是好？可以预见瘦身过后奶量又会暴跌，不过还是会挤奶啦，不过应该只够临睡前喝一次和起身后喝一次而已吧！
就这样我很不完美地即将终结了我的追奶日子，有一点唏嘘咯！

sorry cannot type Chinese in this laptop. i consider i had tried my best. milk volume dropped a lot since i prolong the interval of expression from once every3 hours to once every 6 hours. I tried to strike balance between milk expression schedule and work and family. unavoidably after 4 months, things had come to an end. i'll express anyway though little. Currently still able to feed marcus at home for 2~3 times.
haha~减肥...痛苦的日子要来了吧！我bb快十个月了我还没行动呢！可不可以分享你的减肥餐单呢？

Hi, may I know compare the medela harmony and swing, which 1 you think is better? I'm consider to get either 1 of them.
Do you consider to sell your medela harmony or swing since you've decide to stop breast feeding?
hi阿婷, frankly speaking, for sure Medela Swing is much better than Medela Harmony. more milk expressed with Swing and no tiring hand at all. But if you are an active mom like me, better get both. i use Swing most of the time during fixed schedule, e.g. in office or at home and bring Harmony during shopping. Can hardly find nursing room in most of the shopping mall. i am now still expressing milk though in the midst of body slimming. Till one day i totally stop all the breastmilk expression, i will sell both Medela Swing & Harmony, including the cooler bag. will "advertise" it here soon. most probably 1~2months from now. Despite not much breastmilk expressed now due to body slimming, i just cannot stop expressing to let my boy have breast milk to drink even for just 2~3 times per day. If you are interested to "pre-book" either Swing or Harmony or cooler bag, do let me know in advance. i give you priority :p
