烘焙处女下海-蓝莓蛋糕(2)

将搅拌好的蓝莓材料倒入小纸杯中,分配均匀,不可过多.

不过因为第一次做,不知道要买一个托,可以支撑住蓝莓材料在纸杯中的重量.

不然后果就只有像我这样, 蓝莓材料倒入过后,纸杯差点就要塌下来了.


不过我还是不管三七二十一,将它统统送进预热好的烘炉里.


其实基本上我并没有完完全全根据包装盒上的温度及时间设置,因为我知道每个烘炉都有各自的品性”,哈哈.

事实证明我是对的,因为我用了较短的时间及较低的温度就将蓝莓蛋糕烘焙好了.

要实验蛋糕是不是全熟,我是用一枝细细的叉,直直插进去,如果抽出来后,叉上没有残留蛋糕的液体,就差不多成啦!


几经辛苦过后,我的蛋糕终于出炉啦!

吃起来真的是不赖哦!虽然是表面有点焦,可是还算成功啦!YES!!!

carmen,妳也开始学烘培了哦!

这里有一点贴心小建议,也是我的朋友教我的:

1)装纸杯的烤盘,妳可以买那些单个的,就不怕容量不够。

2)不必涂牛油在纸杯里。

3)如果要刷牛油,可以不用刷子,(因为很难清理)试试看用一张厨房纸巾,对折成一个小方形,然后抹一些牛油再涂在烤盘里。完成后将纸巾丢掉就可以啦!

good to know you started to bake.
I have little tips for you, since i love to bake too! hehe!
For the muffin/cupcake, it's better if you buy the muffin pan, normally comes in 6 holes or 12 holes, so you can easily put the paper on it, and it stay on shape when you bake it.
You should try on a proper recipe, trust me, they taste much nicer than the pre-packed one!
Have fun baking, it is VERY ADDICTIVE!!! hahahah!

it's been so long didnt hear from you. thanks for your tips. i had bought the tray you mentioned actually, but never have the chance to try it out yet as i can hardly find time to bake another time now...too busy...as for the time baking, i tried out the pre-packed recipe first...you are master in baking, do give me more tips huh...
