宝宝副食品佐料-江鱼仔粉



上次提到了快速煮好宝宝粥的秘诀,今天我又来分享一下另一个可以帮忙快速将粥煮得更入味的方法,就是制作“江鱼仔粉”。

想必江鱼仔粥是每个宝宝必吃的粥吧!通常我们都是买类似图中的银鱼仔来煮粥的,对不?



将一小撮银鱼仔放进锅里,是没有油的锅哦,因为我是藉烘烤的方式为银鱼仔去腥。

原本银鱼仔是这样的。



以小火不断翻炒,银鱼仔慢慢被烤熟啦,颜色也变得略显巧克力色咯!



起锅稍冷后,就可以用搅拌机搅成粉状啦!

过后如果要煮江鱼仔粥的话,只需要将一大汤匙的江鱼仔粉加进粥里一起煮,就可以煮出好香甜又不用筛选江鱼仔的宝宝副食品啦!

Thanks for your sharing. I myself love this so much!!! When my son start eating porridge, I can cook more and we share the porridge. Hahaha....

good to know that you like my sharing... by the way, how old is your son now? sometimes when my baby girl cannot finish the porridge, i help her to finish it as well... i myself love porridge too~

My son is 5 months & 2 weeks now. He got sensitive & allergy. so his Paed advice not to feed him on solid food until he is full 6 months.
He is having serious cough since last Saturday :( Pity him

oh i see. but my daughter also started to have solid food since 6 months. Aunty in her daycare center insist not to feed any solid food to newborn baby until 6 months-old. so i got to follow the same at home. so far nothing bad happen. they are more ready to digest solid food... good anyway...
