蒸面包

不要怀疑你的眼睛,的确是拿面包来蒸,又是阿忠的怪主意。也不能这么说,可能东马人比较有创意吧,这是他在那边见怪不怪的吃法。不过他第一次叫我这么准备的时候,我倒真是吓了一跳。

如图是两包(一包各两片)面包样品。怎么得来的样品呢?是在霸级市场闲逛的时候得来的新产品,姑且一试。用白面包及其他面包也是可以的哦!

在其中三片面包上,我搽上一层牛油,再均匀地撒上幼糖。另一片则是将块状CHEESE切小片,均匀地分布于面包上。排在碟上,隔水蒸个十五分钟,牛油糖及CHEESE都会溶解,除了CHEESE还可以被看见外,牛油及糖已经溶于无形当中。

趁热进食,会觉得很特别,面包显得特别酥软,一点小甜,带着牛油的味道。CHEESE那块是阿忠吃的,他说反倒觉得不比牛油糖面包好吃呢!

I have not tried this. Will the bread become soagy when steam??

sorry for my poor english...i dont understand what is soagy. all that i can explain is that after steam the bread become soft and hot, we eat while it is still hot. wilson's method of eating is to fold the bread into half and use the chopstick to bring it to his mouth..hahaha..

soagy in mandarine is : Sui Sui, Mian Mian! hahaha! as in, watery. But i guess if you eat it fast should then should not be.
