蔬菜菇类食谱(十六)-江魚仔洋蔥

如图有洗净去骨的江鱼仔、切片的大葱,及酸柑汁(将酸柑汁挤出,然后先去掉种籽,备用)。

烧热锅,加入适量的油,下江鱼仔炸脆,再下大葱片,炒熟,用适量的黑酱油及蚝油来调味。起锅后,淋上柑汁,搅拌均匀,大功告成!

其实如果在炸脆江鱼仔后,发现锅里有过多的油,可以先将江鱼仔起锅备用,剩下适量的油来炒熟大葱片后,再下之前的江鱼仔兜炒,这样的做法也有好处,就是较能够保住江鱼仔的爽脆。

淋上酸柑汁不但可以去油腻,而且还可以更开胃呢!

haha! this is Wilson's menu. he taught me how to cook this simple dish last time. i wonder if this dish very popular in sarawak? why sarawakian love it so much generally? my mom never cook this and i never know it before i know Wilson. haha...so funny...

Your dish is very similar to my mum and my mum's in law. hehe!
I like to cook using minimal oil, so I normally dun do this dish, but i love it! Very yummy. I think my mum put a bit of chilli to give it a kick too! hehe!

haha...not really similar.but every aunty cook almost the same dishes day in and day out.simple and economic. nowadays Wilson has a lot of restriction on what food to cook, what not to cook.less meat...less egg...less spicy...less oily...that is why i cook according to his request. hehe.i can see you enjoy preparing food too.especially those cookies or western food that i never ever see and eat.hehe.your husband must be very XIN FU!
